Fox Watersports News https://foxwatersports.com The lastest and greatest from the Surf, Windsurf, and Kitesurf in the world famous Outer Banks of North Carolina 2018 - 50 Years In Business https://foxwatersports.com/news/view/4777 Sun, 01 Apr 2018 09:28:00 CDT Fox https://foxwatersports.com/news?blogm=view&blogid=4777      After a March that seemed like it would never end, the 2018 season is finally here and Fox is back open full time 9-5pm.  2018 marks the 50th year in business for Fox.  While we haven't been in Cape Hatteras for 50 years, Ted James originally started Fox Surfboards in Lake Worth, Florida in 1968.  50 years later while Ted is no longer with us his legacy still lives on in Fox Watersports.  We still strive to meet the customer service standard Ted set everyday with his friendly windsurfing advice, fishing stories or general island information he was so willing to share with anyone.  We are always willing to help whether you need new gear or just need advise on how to rig the gear you already own.  

     We are excited for the new season and have new gear and apperal arriving daily.  While the weather isn't exactly spring like yet, we have plenty of rubber to keep you warm on the water until spring can make an appearance.  We also have some great deals on some left over inventory from last year so stop by the store or give us a call before those deals are gone.  We should have plenty of wind this week to try out some new gear and we hope to see everyone on the water real soon.
