1. Fill out the Fox Watersports Return Form on the link provided here
2. Once you have completed this form you will receive an RA# via email.  Please provide the RA# on the Shipping label:

3. Ship your return and go take a session! We will process your return or exchange with in 48 hours from when it gets delivered to Fox Watersports.

If you want to return or exchange anything you bought from us, NO PROBLEM!

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Fox is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. Your choice. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping.

Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with LOVE like we do.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering product to you; these costs are in addition to the cost of your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.
