After beautiful weather with not much wind last week, this week there has been plenty of wind but it has been on the chilly side. 3 of the last 4 days have seen North or Northeast winds in the 30-35 MPH range with air temps in the mid 50's. Perfect conidtions for sails in the upper 3's or low 4 meters and that old heavy Fox Custom. We have had several customers in the store the last couple days saying how great a time they have had riding their old Fox board.
Kiting the last couple of days hasn't been for the faint of heart. If you have a 6m kite you probably had some great sessions. If not you are either really sore right now or bummed you didn't get to ride. I tried to capture some action shots on my phones camera but they didn't really do the conditions justice. There is a great looking forecast for SW wind late today so hopefully we'll be back on the water with some warmer conditions in a few hours.
